What information can hosting process?

Lovable hosting and Cloudflare security may handle IP address, browser information, requested URL and access time to serve and protect pages. Cloudflare's __cf_bm bot cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; Lovable's __dpl deployment cookie lasts 24 hours. Lovable provides visitor analytics for this site. It counts visits and page views and reports viewed pages, visit duration, traffic sources, device types and countries (estimated from browser time zones) to help us understand site use. Lovable processes this usage data on our behalf. We do not use this analytics to follow visitors across other websites or for advertising. Calculator values are intended to stay in the browser, with no form submission. Linked sites have separate privacy notices. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may affect how the site works.

How does a direct email travel?

Email sent to contact@waterdamagedowney.net includes the sender address, content and any attachments provided. It passes via the sender's mail service, Namecheap forwarding and the operator's Google Gmail collection inbox. The operator may read it to consider an inquiry or a correction; no reply time is promised. Avoid sending sensitive information unnecessary for the inquiry.

What is recorded after a call?

Calling +1 (562) 261-8374 reaches voicemail, not a live provider. RingRobin and Twilio process routing information such as incoming number, time, duration, status and path. If a caller leaves a message after the greeting, voicemail audio is saved and transcribed; the operator can review both. RingRobin sends call-notification emails and, when a message is left, a separate voicemail notification to the operator's Gmail collection inbox. Ordinary-call recording is switched off, which does not disable voicemail storage. Email offers an alternative to leaving a recorded message.

Is a message automatically forwarded to a contractor?

No. Calls currently end at voicemail and are not forwarded to Marketcall or a provider. An independent provider may receive details only if a later inquiry is passed along and accepted.

What happens to records and requests?

Hosting information supports delivery and security. Call metadata, audio, transcript and notification emails may help review an inquiry; written messages can be used for a correction or contact. Different services have different retention rules, so no uniform deadline is promised. Email contact@waterdamagedowney.net about applicable access, correction or deletion requests; the operator will review the records it controls without promising a particular result or fixed response time.
